It's the first time I order, what should I do?
After clicking on a product, you enter the Product Sheet. Here you find the "Add to Cart" button: by clicking on the button, the product is inserted into your Virtual Cart. After finishing browsing the various categories of the online catalog, you can go to your Shopping Cart, change the quantities of products in order, remove or add others and proceed with sending the order.
Why do I have to register?
By registering you will have several advantages.
1) Permanent Cart. Products that you add to the cart during a visit will remain on subsequent visits until you decide to delete them.
2) Order History. You can see all the purchases you have made, print a summary of the order and check its status
3) Address Book. You can add addresses that you can use to send your purchases directly to a person to whom you give a gift or to an address different from yours. If you are registered, when you return to purchase you will not have to re-enter all your data each time.
Can I buy while not registered?

What is the procedure for placing an order?
www.rcmodelstore.com has opted for a division of its articles according to categories, which can be reached starting from the homepage. Each category is accompanied by additional sub-categories. Each product is complete with card, photographic details and description. Choose the products to buy and click on the "Add to Cart" button. The products will be added to the cart. To complete the order, click on the "Shopping Cart" button located on the top bar, or on the "Cart" icon at the top right and follow the indicated procedure, confirming from time to time, until the choice of payment method. At the end of the procedure the system will send you a summary e-mail of the order made.
