General conditions of Sale
1.1. These general conditions of sale, drawn up in compliance with the current regulatory provisions on consumer protection (Legislative Decree No. 6.9.2005, No. 206 "Consumer Code", with particular reference to Title III "Contractual procedures" , Chapter II «Particular procedures for concluding the contract», Section II «Distance contracts»; Legislative Decree 9.4.2003, No. 70 “Implementation of Directive (EC) No. 31/2000 on Electronic Commerce”; Legislative Decree. 31.3.1998, n. 114 "Reform of the rules relating to Commerce") govern all purchase contracts relating to the products on the online catalog of the Italian version of the website concluded according to the procedures described here.

Registration Obligation

Contract Acceptance

Confirm order
3.3. Sales invoice
3.5. For each order placed, MONDO IDEALE issues a receipt for the material shipped which will be sent with the delivery of the goods. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.

Product Unavailability
4.3. If one of the requested products is not available, MONDO IDEALE undertakes to contact the Customer within 30 days of placing the order, communicating via e-mail the unavailability and any alternative solutions. In this case, the Customer may wait for the delivery of the order, if MONDO IDEALE deems, at its sole discretion, to be able to find the unavailable product on the market, opt for another product, to which the relative prices and tariffs will apply, or cancel the order obtaining the refund of any price already paid.

Can I exchange one product for another?
5.1 MONDO IDEALE reserves to its customers the possibility to change, for 1 time and for any reason, the products purchased with others in the catalog, as long as they are not deteriorated or altered in any way in their original characteristics. Cosmetic products must not be opened and the equipment must not have been used.

How can I get a Product replacement?
5.2 It is sufficient to contact MONDO IDEALE by e-mail or by telephone indicating the product to be replaced, the purchase order number and the products to be received in exchange for an equal or lower value. It is not possible to replace products with a higher value than those to be replaced, except for the payment of an additional price according to the procedures to be agreed with MONDO IDEALE. In no way will sums of money be refunded for the replacement of products of lower value than those purchased, unless otherwise agreed. The products to be replaced must be sent to the headquarters of MONDO IDEALE by registered mail or express courier, in order to be able to prove the receipt of the goods.
