1. FIELD OF APPLICATION

General conditions of Sale
1.1. These general conditions of sale, drawn up in compliance with the current regulatory provisions on consumer protection (Legislative Decree No. 6.9.2005, No. 206 "Consumer Code", with particular reference to Title III "Contractual procedures" , Chapter II «Particular procedures for concluding the contract», Section II «Distance contracts»; Legislative Decree 9.4.2003, No. 70 “Implementation of Directive (EC) No. 31/2000 on Electronic Commerce”; Legislative Decree. 31.3.1998, n. 114 "Reform of the rules relating to Commerce") govern all purchase contracts relating to the products on the online catalog of the Italian version of the website www.mondoideale.com concluded according to the procedures described here.

Acceptance of the Conditions of Sale
1.2. The Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, to fully and unconditionally accept these General Conditions of Sale as well as the conditions of use of the site.

1.3. These general conditions may be modified by MONDO IDEALE, without any prior notice.

Discipline of the Contract
1.4. Each contract will be governed by the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is placed by the Customer.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Registration Obligation
3.1 To submit their purchase order, the User must first register as a Customer on the website www.mondoideale.com and then follow the purchase procedure indicated by the MONDO IDEALE system.

Contract Acceptance
3.2. The purchase contract stipulated between MONDO IDEALE and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the Customer's order by MONDO IDEALE. Acceptance is expressed by means of a confirmation email sent to the email address indicated by the Customer.

Confirm order
3.3. The confirmation message will contain the date and time of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used for any further communication with mondoideale.com. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. It will always be possible for MONDO IDEALE to refuse the fulfillment of any order for any unquestionable reason even after the order confirmation has been sent.

Documentation to Keep
3.4. Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer will print or save an electronic copy of his order and its confirmation and in any case keep the current General Conditions of Sale.

Sales invoice
3.5. For each order placed, MONDO IDEALE issues a receipt for the material shipped which will be sent with the delivery of the goods. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.


4. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND ONLINE CATALOG

Object
4.1. The subject of these General Conditions of Sale are the products in the online catalog of the Italian version of the website www.mondoideale.com.

Catalog
4.2. The Customer can only purchase the products present and available on this catalog at the time the order is placed. MONDO IDEALE reserves the right to change the product catalog without prior notice.

Product Unavailability
4.3. If one of the requested products is not available, MONDO IDEALE undertakes to contact the Customer within 30 days of placing the order, communicating via e-mail the unavailability and any alternative solutions. In this case, the Customer may wait for the delivery of the order, if MONDO IDEALE deems, at its sole discretion, to be able to find the unavailable product on the market, opt for another product, to which the relative prices and tariffs will apply, or cancel the order obtaining the refund of any price already paid.

4.4. All products offered for sale are analytically described (quality, characteristics, price) in the appropriate online catalog of the Italian version of the website www.mondoideale.com. The data sheet for each product indicates the retail price, including VAT. Further and any additional costs (shipping, transaction and / or insurance costs of the goods) will be displayed in total before placing the order.

The image, possibly present in support of the product description sheet, has a purely descriptive value and may not coincide with the real characteristics of the asset, but differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. The color of the item may be different from that represented by the monitor of your computer also due to the particular calibration configured by the user of the PC.


5. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT FOR INCORRECT PURCHASE

Can I exchange one product for another?
5.1 MONDO IDEALE reserves to its customers the possibility to change, for 1 time and for any reason, the products purchased with others in the catalog, as long as they are not deteriorated or altered in any way in their original characteristics. Cosmetic products must not be opened and the equipment must not have been used.

How can I get a Product replacement?
5.2 It is sufficient to contact MONDO IDEALE by e-mail or by telephone indicating the product to be replaced, the purchase order number and the products to be received in exchange for an equal or lower value. It is not possible to replace products with a higher value than those to be replaced, except for the payment of an additional price according to the procedures to be agreed with MONDO IDEALE. In no way will sums of money be refunded for the replacement of products of lower value than those purchased, unless otherwise agreed. The products to be replaced must be sent to the headquarters of MONDO IDEALE by registered mail or express courier, in order to be able to prove the receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Upon receipt of the goods to be replaced, MONDO IDEALE will carry out the new shipment
